COVID-19 Nasal PCR Testing

Your insurance may cover the laboratory testing results. Bring your current, valid insurance card and government issued ID.
​
There is a small $30 Medical Service Fee that is not covered by insurance for each Nasal PCR COVID-19 service provided.
Fee is payable upon testing.
​
Some testing may be Self-Pay.
Testing is available if you are symptomatic or
have been exposed to someone who tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
In addition to COVID-19 confirmation, we assist individuals and Primary Care medical orders to determine the presence of Influenza A & B, RSV with the same specimen collected. (Order NOT required) Must be symptomatic for insurance coverage.
Testing for Travel
We also provide a Self-Pay option for those looking to travel, return-to-work, or attend large gatherings for entry.

According to the CDC - Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, new variants of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19, are expected to occur.
The Omicron variant continues to spread throughout communities and can infect people who have been vaccinated or have previously had COVIDE-19.

With cases of COVID-19 continuing throughout the world, govenmental agencies, health care facilities, and businesses are requiring testing for individuals who wish to participate in certain activies including international travel.

You Need to Know
Testing expectations before you travel.
PCR test results are delivered within 24-72 hours from the date specimen received at laboratory. (All specimens overnighted) Expedited results can be made available at a premium cost. We strongly encourage you to set up your screening service in a timely manner to make sure you receive your results in time to meet your needs.

If you do not require PCR testing, rapid antigen testing may also be offered, with results available in as little as 15 minutes. Please note that PCR testing is more reliable than rapid antigen testing and most travel guidelines will require a nasal PCR test.

*Testing is not being done for the purpose of treatment or follow-up. We encourage anyone receiving a Positive test result to contact their primary care physician and follow the recommended CDC/Health Department guidelines. It is the responsibility of People Check LLC to provide information to the appropriate Health Department agency regarding any Positive results obtained.
