Effective October 6, 2026
This Website Privacy Policy explains how People Check LLC (“People Check,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information collected through this public website. It does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how we use and disclose protected health information in connection with healthcare services.
Information you provide
We may collect information that you voluntarily submit through our website forms, including your name, email address, telephone number, employer or school, course interests, preferred method of contact, Direct Primary Care membership interests, and questions or comments.
Our public website forms are intended only for general inquiries, training requests, and membership-interest requests. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, treatment information, Social Security numbers, insurance information, or other sensitive medical or identifying information through these forms.
Information collected automatically
Our website and hosting providers may automatically receive limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the website, such as an IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, and the date and time of a visit. We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral advertising trackers on this website.
How we use information
We may use website information to respond to inquiries, provide requested information, coordinate CPR or First Aid training, discuss Direct Primary Care enrollment, communicate about our services, maintain website security, troubleshoot technical problems, comply with law, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
Service providers and disclosures
Website form submissions are processed through Formspree and delivered to People Check. Our website is also supported by hosting and technology providers that may process limited information on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect safety or legal rights, or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.
Data retention and security
We retain website inquiries for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Email and telephone communications
Email and ordinary website forms may not be appropriate for urgent or sensitive medical communications. Do not use this website for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek emergency care.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. A parent or legal guardian may contact us regarding services for a child.
